All orders under £50 cost a standard 1st class shipping fee on top of the retail price of all products. These prices may vary depending on the shipping address. As stated, all orders over the threshold of 50GBP are eligible for free 1st class shipping. We make sure all of our products are safely stored and packaged before making their way to you. If however you receive your product and it is damaged we are more than happy to offer a full refund or replacement upon the return of the damaged goods. However if your product is damaged after being received by accident or otherwise we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for these instances, we apologize in advance for these circumstances.
